Job Description: Conduct requirements sessions and gather business requirements. Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, Lead Business Analyst and Technical Analysts. Work in Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to capture all business requirements, special testing needs, project timelines and assumptions. Perform document organization policies and procedures in system requirements context. Work in Use Case document to breakdown each scenario for business understanding and help testing team to test business requirements. Work with technical staff and business users to achieve the best problem-solving methods and workable solutions. Perform feasibility services and gap analysis in the system; understanding As-Is system to develop better To-Be system. Work in requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are accounted for design, development and testing. Support offshore/onsite QA team with testing related activities using JIRA. Review test cases ensure all business requirements are tested accurately to meet business need. Facilitate collaborative sessions with internal business experts, programming, and technical teams, regulatory agencies and sales agents to produce accurate and timely reporting. Determine risk factors and test strategies according to system and software complexity. Coordinate in preparing test plans and review with QA team members. Prepare and execute test cases. Use query tools and write SQL to support teams. Assist in requirements gathering, elicitation and testing for claims handling. Maintain and update software QA documentation, Test environment and Test wares throughout SLC. Develop computer hardware validation process according to ISO-9000 including documentation of High and Detail level requirements, Risk analysis, Technical specification, Test plans, Test cases, Test execution, Test summary reports, Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Use Waterfall, Agile, Win 95/98/NT/2000/XP, VISTA, LINUX, UNIX, Rational Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Rational Clear Case, HTML, SQL, JAVA, JAVA SCRIPT, ORACLE, Rational ClearQuest, Test Director, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Load Runner, SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL, JavaScript, UML, SOA suite, RUP, Visio 2000, Edit plus, MS Front page, Salesforce and SharePoint .

Duties: Analyze project requirements. Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing. Develop test plan for tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support. Arrange hardware and software requirements for test setup. Ensure content and structure of all testing documents and artifacts is documented and maintained. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing. Check and review test cases documents. Monitor new requirements and change in requirements of the project. Track and prepare report of testing activities such test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status and performance baselines. Review reports prepared by test engineers. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones. Prepare and update metrics dashboard at end of a phase and completion of project. Use Control M, Application Life Cycle Management, Dimensions, Data Compare Tool, Oracle, Abinitio, Informatica, Unix, Sieble CRM and Caliber.

Duties: Create test plans, test cases and test scripts per system requirements. Perform functional end-to-end testing. Record and playback intelligent field selection IDs, names, and X Path as needed; perform auto complete for all common Selenium commands; implement walk through tests using Selenium IDE. Perform execution of Selenium test scripts and check for compatibility on browsers. Perform Black Box testing and White Box testing to create sample data files for new implementation as well as upgrade versions. Write test cases using Quality Center. Perform manual testing on web services in Soap UI. Perform testing on web services using Soap UI to test data against database. Validate the web services (SOAP) including request and response messages. Perform system testing of applications. Use UNIX commands for data migration from one data server to another. Create defect reports and maintain test logs daily.Use UNIX Shell Scripts.Develop SQL scripts and queries for data verification. Create traceability matrix between requirements and test cases.

Duties: Perform Defect Management review process; estimate the timeline and resources required to perform the testing activity; prepare Triage report and report the same to Business Team; manage test case development and execution; write and execute system test plans for web-based software applications including System, usability, browser compatibility, performance tests; organize and supervise formal reviews of development documentation (requirements and design documents, system test plans); develop, Enhance, and Maintain automated testing scripts for Data Driven Tests; develop Requirement Tractability Matrix; analyze the type of testing to be performed (Manual / Automated) based on the re-usability of test scripts; perform the testing activities. And use C, C++, Java, QTP, ITAA, Winrunner and Load Runner.

Duties: Elicit requirements from the business team; partner with the Business Teams Vendor Product Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs), and the IT teams to define and document project business goals, business processes and practices as input to project scope; coordinate activities across the project among the various teams to translate business requirements into solution and functional requirements; work with project Business Leads to identify, document and manage the scope related change requests; act as the domain expert for the solution scoping/requirements area of projects; assist Project Manager with estimation of various tasks and efforts involved; plan, schedule and facilitate project solution requirement definition sessions; contribute to defining and updating of issues, risks, change requests and decision tracking for a project; work as Release Requirements Analyst Lead to manage the various project level Requirement Analysts; prepare ESDm standard documents like, Solution requirements, Data mappings, catalogs, matrices etc., to communicate the requirements across all the teams of the program( Business, Development, Testing teams);perform data and system analysis to provide the best solution for the requirements; review and approve test index and tech specs to make sure the requirements are properly met. And use Java, HTML, XML, Struts, Web Services, EJB, Rational Rose, Java Script, Oracle and DB2.

Duties: Provide technical expertise in all aspects of SAP-ABAP and HR ABAP - Reports, ALV, Interfaces, Data Dictionary objects, User Exits and BADI?s, BDC, BAPI?s, Dialog programming, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, Adobe forms, Interface development objects involving application and presentation servers, RFC, ABAP objects, SAP Solution Manager 7.0, SAP PI, SAP configuration and customization; work on full life cycle SAP implementation projects; design, configuration, development, testing, R/3 version upgrade project and also in support and maintenance projects; coordinate all aspects from Project Execution to Delivery including planning, control, implementation of plans, coordinating, progress and issues, managing the team and ensuring the quality of the deliverables; provide effort estimates and assigned work to the team members and also assist team during the course of the development; provide technical leadership for related application and reviewed work products from offshore; gather business requirements and aligned them with the GLOBE Application Template processes and best practices in collaboration with market process owners; interact with the Business Analyst?s and users; analyze the business process and enhancement of the same; write functional specifications and generate reports; design, implement and analyze technical solutions for high critical and complex business solutions and coordinate developments between offshore and onsite teams; deploy the application in the test environment and initiate the process of user acceptance testing; fixing of bugs and fixing technical errors; coordinate with Change Management team to move the change requests (CRs) from development environment to Production environment; perform RTB (Run the Business) activities.
